Previously on this blog I warned my subscribers that if it is electronic, you must consider that it has been intercepted.  Many people recommend Tor, Tor was designed by the military to fix its problem, and thus it is completely open to NSA type organizations.  People recommend agronomy VPN sites.  I  once again warned that those are easily defeated.  People suggested PGP.  Now PGP is pretty good, however ever since the government dropped its lawsuit against PGP and PGP has been owned by several private companies, then I suspect it is being “allowed” to exist.  The only way encryption is “allowed” to exist is if there is some way to easily over come it.

Here is an article about how they bust Windows to track your Tor activity.  Tor is already broken as is described here,  and is continuing to be broken.  Some of you use Hush Mail.  I am ok with whatever email system you use, however do not believe it is any more secure against the government than Google.  Here is an an article which talks about two things, one that Hushmail gives the feds what they ask for, and another that the Feds can get to even their “most secure” system.

A September court document (.pdf) from a federal prosecution of alleged steroid dealers reveals the Canadian company turned over 12 CDs worth of e-mails from three Hushmail accounts, following a court order obtained through a mutual assistance treaty between the U.S. and Canada. The charging document alleges that many Chinese wholesale steroid chemical providers, underground laboratories and steroid retailers do business over Hushmail. A subsequent and refreshingly frank e-mail interview with Hushmail’s CTO seems to indicate that government agencies can also order their way into individual accounts on Hushmail’s ultra-secure web-based e-mail service, which relies on a browser-based Java encryption engine.

Now, notice that when the CIA director wanted to talk to his girlfriend on the side, he didn’t use Hushmail, VPN, TOR or PGP.  That should tell you all you want to know about those services.  Also Snowden didn’t use Hushmail, VPN, TOR or PGP.  He used a service called Lavabit.  Now, guess what?  The feds sent a “give me access to all of your email” demand and the owner of Lavabit said “blank you.”

Every device, every phone and every video camera can be turned on remotely and can record.

The only way to communicate is the way the Afgans do it.  By sneaker mail being passed from person to person or face-to-face in an area with no electronic devices.  And then, it is just “difficult” to track you.  Remember the courts have said it is legal for law enforcement to put a camera on your property, without a warrant and record every thing that is said and done on the property.  Legal! The only true way to try to communicate is face-to-face without any electronic devices in the vicinity which is getting harder and harder these days.  Remember that jogger that runs by with her iPhone is also recording every thing in her vicinity.  Thus you must not meet on your, or your buddies property.   You must not have a regular meeting place (they will just put a camera there).  Walk yourself into a random part of the park, and or woods, ensure no one has any electronic devices and try to make sure your mouths are covered for lip-reading from cameras on store fronts, banks and other devices.  That is your best shot.
